By making this fully refundable deposit, you secure a dedicated consultation with our technical experts, who will tailor a custom home battery system to your specific needs. This ensures personalized service and scheduling at your convenience. If you decide not to proceed with the purchase, the deposit will be fully refunded. Our team of energy experts are ready to help you tackle any solar, battery, and backup configuration you can imagine.
Key details:
- Your deposit is refundable until the point of project approval (by signing our Self-Installation or Certified Installation agreement)
- Your deposit will be subtracted from your Emporia Equipment invoice amount.
- Our team supports Self-Installations but also has a network of Certified Installers if you’d like a quote.
- For Self-Installations, you can do the work yourself or have a qualified person or team do it for you. You will purchase the equipment from Emporia and then manage the project yourself. Emporia will provide installation training materials and technical support to you or your installer.
